The international online Master in Digital Humanities at Linnaeus University, Sweden, is now accepting applications (closing 15 January 2020; free of charge for EU citizens).

The Digital Humanities Course Registry is a curated platform that provides an overview of the growing range of teaching activities in the field of digital humanities worldwide.

Master’s degree students enjoy tuition-free education as long as their degree programme is “consecutive”, or follows immediately after a Bachelor’s degree. However, “non-consecutive” degrees may require a tuition fee of up to 5,000 EUR per year (at public universities), and 30,000 EUR per year (at private universities). The Rare Book Digital Humanities master’s degree aims at providing high level competence in rare and early books with a view to providing the capacity to work in the book trade or in rare book conservation and digitization, along with digital humanities expertise allowing one to supervise digitization, online accessibility, and 3D animation The aim of the programme is to provide students with an in-depth understanding of the research and working methods of Digital Humanities (German: "Digitale Geisteswissenschaften") after they have completed their B.A. studies in humanities or computer science, and to enable them to specialise in a particular area. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent). Verification required of academic performance in the scope of at least 60 ECTS in humanities, social sciences, economics, or computer sciences, including 21 ECTS in digital humanities, computer philology, digital archaeology, or closely related disciplines.
